1. Tax Preparation Services
- Consultation Fees: All consultation fees are non-refundable.
- Tax Preparation Fees: Refunds for tax preparation services will be issued under the following conditions:
- If the client decides to cancel the service before any work has commenced, a full refund will be provided.
- If the service has commenced, but the client is not satisfied with the progress, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed.
- No refunds will be provided after the tax return has been filed with the relevant tax authorities.
2. Business Services
- Consultation Fees: All consultation fees are non-refundable.
- Service Fees: Refunds for business services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If the client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify us within 14 days of service completion to discuss potential refunds or adjustments.
3. Credit Repair Services
- Initial Fees: All initial consultation and setup fees are non-refundable.
- Monthly Fees: Clients may request a refund for monthly fees if they are not satisfied with the service provided. Requests must be made within 7 days of the billing date to be considered for a refund.
4. Digital Products
- eBooks and Online Resources: All sales of digital products, such as the 'From Small Businesses to Big Dreams' eBook, are final and non-refundable.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Appointments: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at Documentinfo@taxontrack.net with your name, service provided, and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
7. Exceptions: We reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Any deviations from this policy will be documented and communicated to the client.
